      Massive government layoffs right before the holidays will look great. Of course, those laid off are non-essential, lazy, overpaid gubbmint employees so trump will certainly tweet that it’s a good thing #MAGA.

      Then there are the essential employees who will be working without getting paid until after things are settled. So they’d have to pay for lunch and transportation and childcare while not getting paid. Good times!

      A shutdown the same week as the election of child molester Roy Moore are going to make the republicans looks super great.

      I cannot tell you how infuriating I find it that the Republicans have effectively succeeded in dumbing down the entire electorate. Not just because I’m from a family of educators either. Just a bunch of dumb Dunning-Kruger morons who not only don’t know we don’t know, but are defiant in the “right” to maintain their ignorance.
