Does the Orange One own the hotel, or is this a co-marketing gig where his name is “rented” and it’s marketed under the brand?

Ladies and gentleman this is what drives Trump and to a greater extent his supporters and The GOP mad, that there is a black man with power and influence over not just them BUT THEIR CHILDREN. Imagine if LeBron and other powerful athletes walked onto Capitol Hill the amount of jockeying and posturing that would go on to get a photo with a LeBron, a Steph Curry or a Cam Newton. Nothing amazes men more than a powerful athlete. The fact that the biggest name in sports wants nothing to do with him and called him a bum is what stings the most. Fuck you Donald you will never be respected by the ones you want the most.

I mean... Personally... I don’t know how the rest of you men feel... but a room full perfect, nice, smiling women, with sandwiches and beer would amaze me much more than Lebron James walking into my place of work and offering me a photo op.

      Is that just me?

Yeah but “the President of things that Rural White voters perceive or at least claim to be in their Interest that are in reality at best neutral toward them and in most cases, actually diametrically opposed to those interests, which doesn’t really matter so much because it’s honestly almost entirely about racism...” is a bit unwieldy, no ?

This is man who’s brand is his name. He complains the news is mean to him. It really must be a bug in his butt to take his name off of his things.

The Trump brand.. has always been trash to the rich and powerful. It only means something to poor whites and 53% of white women with daddy issues.

His marketed has been upper-middle-class/rich-adjacent-aspirant. A huge swath of his “base” couldn’t afford to stay in one of his properties if they wanted to. Trump has made a lot of money on his brand from people who aspire to be truly wealthy while still being well above the median income. His products have never been marketed towards or accessible to a lot of the people who voted for him last year.

Looking for work within the same range of your salary where half of your salary was from gratuities doesn’t happen often.

That building is evil. All of his buildings are evil.

People say “Hail Hydra” as they walk out of it. That’s evil enough for me.

    (fine, it doesn’t symbolize corruption...)

Are you doing this for legal reasons? Yeah, anything with his name on it literally symbolizes corruption.
