If it isn’t in her contract/their handbook, she might can go through EEOC and get her job back.
Put it this way, if all the morons, no matter the race, lost their jobs because of what they state online and no one hires them, they, most likely will become dependent on the State for their survival, hence we taxpayers are keeping them up.
I think it is time for some of that ingenuity to kick in and make sure that they keep their jobs.
Say for instance a teacher goes complete bat..... about race on either Facebook or Twitter. Don’t fire her/him. Give them a leave of absence with half pay. Make them take classes at the local community college about racism and become active in that community.
Being exposed to what you don’t know makes one a better person. Also we taxpayers won’t have to wind up keeping them up with food stamps and a check each month either.

  If they are a charter school teacher, perhaps but a regular teacher aka union member, they would be protected thru their union and none of this Kumbaya solution as suggested .
