It’s good this study got funded.

Apparently millions of folks still insist ‘racism is dead’ or ‘this was all in the past’ and peer reviewed data is another weapon to use to refute that.

Updated studies are always a good thing.

Especially when it comes to potential policies and, particularly, court rulings.

We are all equal under the law has always and will always be a lie. So many Black men served long sentences for crimes they didn’t even commit. White kids get felonies reduced to misdemeanors, but they are quick to give Black kids felony records. Most judges are White and go easy on those who look like them. We all remember Brock Turner.

Tell us something we don’t know. Come back when there is something to tell like Equal Treatment Under the Law has finally been established.

Keep throwing fuel on the fire. Bravo. If you knew anything you’d also take into account any priors. This entire site is cancer you constantly try and make a problem when their isn’t one and frankly I’m tired of seeing this shit in my feed.

Hi Whitey, did you notice this, “

This disparity in sentencing remained the same even when taking into consideration violence and the offender’s criminal history.”?

Now we can prove, once again, that not only are black men more likely to be imprisoned, they’re also more likely to sit behind bars for a far longer time.

Can’t prove anything to white folk because they ignore reality and substitute their alt-reality.
