    Jenifer is the Auntie who lived her life on her own terms and your Mom was a little scared to leave you with her over the weekend. I distinctly remember her from “In Living Color,” “Fresh Prince of Bel Air,” and “Sister Act.”

    To me, she will always be that Auntie you pray shows up at the family function and hope she lets you ride with her to the corner store. Let me buy this book...

    Loved her as Melvin Williams mother in The Temptations, Mama Rose. She’s a fine actress and has one of the rarest qualities in acting these days, integrity.
