    White people - if they are opening their mouths and talking then nine times out of ten - it’s something racist. Racism is so deeply embedded I would not be surprised if they worshipped at the altar of bigotry every Sunday.

    Now watch how they’ll come onto this site to accuse black people of “being racist” for calling out their own racism. They’ll criticize a black person ten ways from Sunday but you won’t hear them express a bad word about this racist troglodyte’s actions (and that of the management).

      Agreed. I’m actually super surprised to see this. I’ve never eaten at Dumbo Kitchen, but I live nearby and have actually taken note and given props to the fact that they seem to host lots of black run events (gallery, music, etc).

      Well, diversity training and better interviewing practices on the front end would have been preferable. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” applies when your business is caught up in some tomfoolery because you let Racist Kate Winslet pull a double and close the shop.

      I think it’s that she’s blonde, but kept those caterpillars above her eyes natural.

    Good. One less place to spend your money. There’s plenty of other spots in NYC to dine. I wonder if they’ve ever been to DUMBO before and, if so, how were they treated?

    I only wish they had started recording when she first came over rude.
