My daughter (honor roll, authored 2 books, speaks Japanese, sings in Italian) was arrested for 3rd degree attempted buglary when she was 16 on the say so of a white neighbor’s 12 & 14yr old.

She pleaded not guilty and the prosecutor (white) threatened to take her out of a stable, 2 parent home and send her to an alternative school until trial.

2 lawyers, a new prosecutor, missed deposition by the neighbor and $4K later we’re sitting in the courtroom with no sign of the plaintiff or arresting officer (Also white. Seeing a pattern?). The judge thanked us for our time and threw the case out, or whatever they call it.

As we are leaving the arresting officer is coming in. Prosecutor told him plaintiff was a no-show. Officer said, “Yeah, I figured that would happen.”

They were ready to jack up her entire future on some wypipo BS.

Jesus, did you consider civil court to recoup your 4k? Is that even I’m glad your daughter came out of that okay. I’m sure that was extremely traumatizing for her, and for you.

Probably no way to sue in Civil court to get your money back, was there? (Not that you’d really ever want to see another courtroom.)

Believe me that was my 1st question out of the courtroom. Very little outside of lots more lawyers and court and no guarantees.

Couple years later I saw the oldest son in handcuffs at the bus stop. Wife got hit by a car, husband left her shortly after they lost their house (I shit you not) so I’d say we’re pretty even.

A Palos Verdes High School senior from an affluent family that enjoyed trips to Mexican resorts and played board games together has been charged with murder for allegedly driving the getaway car in a fatal gang-related shooting in South Los Angeles, police said Thursday.

This thug may be white but his name, Cameron Terrell, is damn near as black as “Alongino”.

Also, I thought the “Daliy Breeze” was a school newspaper until I hit that link.

    California, you is weird.

Would it be even more nerdy if I told you that a Rondel is a type of French dagger?

Gangs have strong awareness when recruiting outside forces.

Just because he’s rich don’t mean he’s not a snitch.

That’s my point. Plenty rich cats who have seriously tried to become gangsters climb ranks. He’s just some dick riding hang around looking for some cheap thrills. LA is fucking full of those types.

We can’t stop (this rich white kid with a rich white family, including his daddy who is in Media Consulting) from attending our school. We might get bad publicity or something.

Yeah, he’s accused of murder/commission of murder, not having a party while his parents are out of town. A period of home study might be appropriate?

Home study is a pretty big burden on his parents. How about 3 days of ISS and call it good. Wouldn’t want to ruin his future.

Nothing about the fact that hes out surprised me. Palos Verdes High is a cesspool of entitlement. From this to so many kids getting off on multiple DUI’s shows what money does for you if your rich and White.

Whoever keeps letting this commenter out of the grays, stop it now. And whoever thought they deserved to not be in the grays, reconsider now.

There is something going on in these comments. There are commenters that are deceiving WAY too many people into thinking they’re worth anything. Something is going on.
