    It was honestly a little touching seeing Nathan and Brian Wolf finally throw the football around. Also liked seeing Corey “The Hero” Calderwood and his new girlfriend, although I’m not digging his new look. Too much black, dude.

      The Corey Calderwood update seriously touched me; I’ve had a shitty couple of weeks (nothin’ serious) and I was oddly moved by the progress he’d made; his girlfriend seemed cool.

    Despite the positive grade a disagree with a lot of this review, and would easily give it an A+ alone for the moment with the real estate agent and her new partner contacting the old one from beyond the grave. But it was also packed with an enormous amount of other funny moments which made me love it enormously.

    Also: “The show’s format takes getting used to” - Really? Why? It seemed pretty bloody simple to me. It seems to me that the Joshua was hoping for a specific type of show, and one very different to the one given, so wrote about it negatively for that reason alone which is poor, poor stuff.

    Kroll Show, Review, K&P, and Midnight are all gone, but at least Broad City and Nathan are still around to keep the best lineup in Comedy Central’s history alive for another season.

    This was a great way to kick off the season because it was a nice refresher after the long layoff from season 3. It still amazes me how Nathan is able to not only keep a straight face, but improvise and work off these people he interacts with. That whole conjuring scene was something to behold. I would have lost it when Sue said “that’s how it works”.

    Nathan Fielder is a genius. Season 4 looks to be fantastic.

    Where’s the recap for the season 4 premiere?

    Maybe the AV Club has silently decided to stop recapping another show. Maybe it hasn’t been posted yet, 18 hours after the show aired. Maybe it was posted but it’s lost somewhere in the confusing and inconsistent new site design. It’s a Kinja mystery!

    The spot on reality show background music and sudden, tight zoom-ins during the Vancouver segment made me laugh the hardest. Nathan’s bashful wave at the ghost realtor lady after kissing her gave me the giggles too.
