  We’ve know this since the south defected from the democratic party en-mass over the Civil Rights Act. It continued then grew under Reagan under the ~~name of~~ dog whistle states rights.
  The real question is when the fuck with the democratic party get it through its think heads that they’re not going to win over “working class” white voters because it’s not about “economic insecurity” and it never was. When are they going to focus on things that might actually help them win. Like fight voter suppression. Like truly and vocally supporting BLM rather than being wishy-washy because they don’t want to lose the police vote which they long ago lost. Like supporting real criminal justice reform.

I know I have shared this before but it bears repeating:
This right here is why I laugh uncontrolably when anyone tries to tell me that Guaranteed Basic Income will be a solution to automation jobs crisis.

You are telling that the people discussed in the article above will accept seeing black families recieving income for simply being citizens of the country? That they won’t fly into a range and repeat the atrocities we have seen in this countries past such as Greenwood, Oklahoma?
How ignorant and stupid do you take people for?
I actually do believe that Basic Income will happen, I can’t say that I believe there will be any black people left in the United States when it gets implemented however.
Absolutely it will be paid for in corpses both black and white.

  AT 40 it has literally been the effort of a lifetime’s experience as an adult to NOT say.../you know/ the president, in conversation, texts, posts, because I really like my life, with all it’s flaws, and it’s strategic absence of all things secret service. But I wish, pray, and hope that, almost at each moment. I literally ask for it when I say grace, in my head I add it as one of a few options in case God’s listening (I’m agnostic, but I do observe because /maybe/ and it makes my pops happy)
