    I dont understand why women would want a dick pic and for that and several other reasons I will never send one no matter how much she claims she wants one.       I can’t even say this post is late, because it isn’t. It’s that men are ignorant and thirsty and that urge both to dominate and to “get some” can, apparently, be just overwhelming (which is why, if you ask me, if they can’t control themselves just that little bit and their animal impulses are just that much too much for them to manage, they need to go ahead and put us in charge already).

      It’s been way past enough for, like, I don’t even know how long. And now that Apple has that thing where you can access the iCloud on the train, it has racheted up to unprecedented levels of ridiculous.

    The number of dick pics I got from randoms when I was online dating was so high that I had to put a note in my profile saying that I’d report & block a dude immediately for doing this. Ridiculous. I’d be minding my business exchanging perfectly nice messages with a dude and then bam! Dick pic. Once I went on what I thought was a nice first date and the next day he’d sent me a picture of himself masturbating “to thoughts of [me].” I just ... can y’all not?

    I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS A PROBLEM.

    Hear me out.

    If I go into a park or dark alley, and I find an attractive woman and take out my penis and flash it at her, it is considered sexual assault. If I can be identified and apprehended, I will be charged. If found guilty I will be punished. In most cases severely (anything that involves identifying as a sex offender forever, seems correctly severe to me).

    Okay, so when a man sends a picture of his genitalia to a woman, most of what makes criminal apprehension and conviction difficult, is already taken care of. She has proof of the assault, and identification of the attacker. She takes that to the police. They see the evidence and the offender is incredibly easy to identify and apprehend. Five well publicized cases of men going to jail for unsolicited texting /messaging/ DMing their junk to women, and this comes to a screeching halt.

    So why is this even a thing? Why aren’t women reporting this to the cops? Are they reporting it and the cops are not doing anything?

    I do not see a problem. This seems very open and shut. Report the offenders.

    If you were to walk up to a woman in the streets of your city, randomly pull your penis out and wave it at her, you would be arrested and charged at the very least with indecent exposure. Why do you think it’s OK to do this to women on the internet?

    I’m going to guess the anonymity. I mean people DO do it on the street, but they make sure they’re are very few other, if any, people around, which is as close to anonymity on the street as you’re going to get and still be a pervert. But the internet is the “perfect” place for this sort of behavior.

    I might add... I don’t fucking get it. Wouldn’t part of the, I guess, pleasure of showing someone your penis is seeing their reaction? That and that dicks are very unphotogenic. There’s generally no symmetry and people are drawn to symmetry. A dick is just a jumble of several lumps of flesh. With hair. It’s why I always shower with the lights off (kidding... or am I?)
