It grieves me more than I can write that SO MANY don’t know about Claudette Colvin, the Black woman who was TOO brave and had no PR.

I have tried to find her home. I only know that she lives in Brooklyn. She wasn’t embraced as a National Icon (for SO many f-ing political reasons), so maybe she got the prize owed her after all :).
