    Ultimately, all your guidelines, though well intentioned, are bullshit. Cannabis should not be illegal and the War on Drugs is really just a War on Minorities.

    We shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops (pun intended) to individually use non-violent plants. Nothing infuriates me more than the double standard of drug enforcement.

    Let’s call it exactly what it is: A new form of of slavery where the plantations have just become prisons.

    ETA: You very obviously don’t smoke if you don’t know “intent to sell” amount of bud ain’t all that much, like at all.

      Yeah I agree about how fucked up the war on drugs is but until we change the system, this dude should still be smart enough not to make himself an easy target.

      Why? Why should we live in fear just to do something we enjoy (not even including all the medicinal uses), that harms literally no one?

      I mean I get what you’re saying, but if not Zach getting caught, someone else would. It’s like spraying mosquito spray, they don’t bite you but they’ll just go find the next person without protection. Pigs are gonna fill their made up drug quotas, one way or another.

    Zach, Zach... your shit has come full circle, my man.

    When he was in Portland, he was persona non grata at every up-scale bar and restaurant. He would bring his (enormous) entourage with him, they would order anything and everything, and then Zach would get in the waiter’s face and angrily, repeatedly demand, “Prove it!” when told his group had ordered everything on his bill.

    He would then leave without paying. The Trailblazers would quietly settle the bill, but after he pulled the same shit a couple of times, he was turned away at all the doors. That was when he holed up in his (rich, white neighborhood) compound and started smoking all the pot.

    Word got around the restaurant/ bar scene that Zach was looking for people to deliver large amounts of weed, but they had to bring it to his compound. Not a lot of people were willing to do this, given the wealthy neighborhood (and attendant police presence) and Zach’s reputation.

    Sure enough, Zach’s entourage beat the holy living crap out of a dealer who came to deliver, and stole his product, supposedly because Zach didn’t want to pay the offering price.

    So here we are: Zach now has to go out and get his own supply, and gets busted. Karma is a fucker.

      I can’t remember who wrote it but after Randolph was traded to the Knicks in a draft day deal a writer wrote a Winners and Losers of the Draft Article and his biggest winner was New York’s Scores Gentleman’s Club due to Randolph coming to town. I found it hilarious but if your story is true about him not paying his bills perhaps Scores was truly the biggest loser.

    This is just dumb nigga shit. There are approximately 1 million dispensaries in California. You telling me Zach doesnt know one or two motherfuckers that can be his guy? The nigga got white people weed money, so he can buy the shit with all the crazy names, but he is out there in the streets slinging with dudes that probably were going to rob his ass anyway. None of this makes sense. When you’ve made 150+ million goddamned dollars you have an obligation to never keep it real if “keeping it real” means hanging out in the projects of Watts. Unbelievable.

    How do you get arrested for weed when weed is legal in California?! HOW SWAY?!

    As someone who lives in Los Angeles (admittedly, not Watts or South LA) I’ve seen all colors under the rainbow smoking pot in public and LAPD not giving a fuck. The only time I saw a dude get in trouble for Marijuana it was at the Dolby Theater on Hollywood Boulevard because he punched his girlfriend in the face and when the cops frisked him they found weed. This was moments after I saw a black dude walk by these cops just... puffing on a J.
