    Damn. You know the police didn’t follow him to the hospital or charge him with anything, because they knew they fucked up. To be honest, I’m surprised the officer bothered to call an ambulance. Well, if he was the one who called. Maybe someone who walked by called them instead.

      Oh god, I’ve just thought of something. Could it be that the cops said he could go, tasered him because they could and then just walked away, leaving him unconscious on the ground? And then a bystander called it in? That would explain how he was left lying in the one position long enough to burn that badly.

      I hate to think anyone would be so callous, but...
