He’s an ass who abused his lil power. But I question the morality of teachers who willingly completed assignments for his son. WTF?!?!?! He deserves termination, not demotion. Ass.

  An administrator who doesn’t like you can mess with you. They can accuse/write you up for things. They might write you up for something that is questionable/or up for “interpretation.” Rather than coming into your class occasionally to observe, as they should, they might come in every day and just sit there. When it’s time for teacher evaluation, good luck with that. They can make your life miserable and stressful, to the point that you transfer. I really wish they had reported him. But I also think that he was/is a manipulative S.O.B., with a certain amount of power, to do what he was doing.

  Oh I agree: but there are limits. And while he appears to be a snake, two could have played that game. We could’ve gone back-n-forth reporting each other and upping the ante till he left me alone, and/or we ended up in court. I totally understand the intimidation & scare tactics, because I work in Corporate America too—but I know that people only do what we LET them do.
