      I used to work with this white queen (read gay white man from the sticks who thinks that by moving to Toronto she suddenly knows Encyclopedia Britannica back to front) who insisted that he knew racism better than me because he was 1/8 Native.       If they fired them they’d have to give them a severance package, wouldn’t they? Does that extend to cases of misconduct? Idk. I think that’s why some people are asked to resign rather than being fired, though.

      I’m not sure. In alot of cases, when a person’s behavior is so abhorrent & in this case—these guys repeatedly usd company property & company time to spread racist jokes and conduct personal-and pornagraphic business, they should forfeit the right to any severence.
