    White people getting upset about terms like ‘wypipo’, ‘honkey’, ‘cracker’, ‘white trash’ etc. is ridiculous. None of those words hold any power and they never have. They have never been used with any real power to actually do harm to any white person in the history of the world.

      The hilarious thing is that honkey, cracker, and white trash aren’t even words created by Black people. They were created by other whites to refer to the poor ones they didn’t like.

    Will state again for all wypipo: You got free labor for hundreds of years, our folk built all your favorite institutions and monuments and your very gov buildings and houses; we fought and died in all your wars; you raped our mothers and daughters and thus helped create all our colors; you live in a society built on our backs but that benefit you and yours the most; you get better schools and healthcare and jobs and roads and food and access and everything else. You get all the movies and books and tv shows and talking head jobs and tv jobs and cop jobs and govenors and almost all politicians and lawmakers across the land. You get your own States and you get to make all the rules whereby WE live.

    The ONE thing you don’t ever get to have is the freedom to say the N-Word. Ever. And yet, you lose your shit over not having that ONE word available to you. And for that hubris and stupidity, we’ll NEVER let you have it.

    And forever on, you will be called wypipo.

    This is a word... that probably go unheeded. But that doesn’t mean I didn’t love reading every sentence.

    I forgot to include “people who hate the word wypipo” in the tournament bracket.

    Been enjoying lurking about, checking out the tourney, keep up the good work!

    Quick note: I’ve only ever lived in the western states and am currently based in AK (not real diverse up here and, whelp, black folk don’t seem to enjoy my state) but I’ve never met any white folk who are offended by “cracker” or “honky” or anything similar. I have, however, already met multiple people who actively dislike “wypipo.” That word, it seems, cuts deep.

    If you are making us flinch then you are making us react. Keep it up!

      Considering the comment I just dismissed, I think I need to do a quick clarification on my original post: I’m a white guy, and was referring to my fellow white folk being bothered by the word “wypipo” but not other slang terms for us as a group. In my own experience, of course. :)
