      The irony, for me at least, in this whole mess is that the (white) right-wing had long coloured Obama as the Manchurian candidate when in reality it was their own ranks that were swollen with treachery.

    2. Adoption = magnitsky act = sanctions.

    After obama sanctioned Putin for invading Ukraine several years ago, Putin ended a very popular program by which American couples could adopt Russian children. He then played it like Obama is the baby hating bad guy. When Russians discuss reinstating the adoption program they’re discussing the lifting of sanctions

    This is all so much deeper than meets the eye.
