    1. They better not let these fuckers move this case from the Bronx. If it gets moved that motherfucker will NOT be convicted.

    2. So you enter someone else’s house and then get mad because they pick up a bat? In their house. Not outside the house, not on the street, in their house that you entered.

    3. So why do we give these motherfuckers tazers? Apparently they only use them on people who are already handcuffed as a torture device.

    4. If even the NYPD is saying he didn’t follow protocol why the hell should he be acquitted? (That’s for the copsucker in the grays.)

As long as the trial is in the US, this man is not convicted. We are just going through the same motions we always go thru.

IDK it might just be the Monday blues, but I don’t see him getting convicted any way. Or if he does, they’ll give him a suspended sentence.

Okay, even if we’re all being generous to a fault, and allowing for the possibility that a swung bat can do some significant damage, that stun gun isn’t there for decoration, man. Somewhere along the line, I guess, the threat analysis procedure went from a gradual escalation of severity, to a ‘completely calm/completely lethal’ binary measure. Which is bullshit, of course...

Yeah. It’s just the complete lack of acknowledgement that Officers have other options than bullets that is the part that really gets me more and more angry when it keeps getting ignored. Why does no one use their Taser anymore? Yeah, it could still kill someone, but hey, it also probably wouldn’t!

The situation, as described, is one that wouldn’t even require a stun gun. Any officer who could not disarm her with his baton and a restraint hold is an officer who is not fit for duty.

I’m also not impressed by the defense’s attempt to paint the victim as just a fatty fat fatty either. Cops are getting worse and worse every year.

There are no words for how they twist and pull these stories to try and make themselves look better. She was going to hit him with a baseball bat (according to him, because she can’t dispute his testimony now, can she?), so he shot and killed her.

      And somehow that’s just fine.

None of them are fit for duty, dude! These are nothing more than armed thugs w/ licenses to kill.

Yet another life lost because the officer didn’t know how to use deescalation techniques and decided that a woman, OOPS I’M SORRY A STRONG ROBUST WOMAN, with a bat was deadly. Sure ok.

I’m very sorry for Ms. Danner and her family. May she find peace in her next life.
