It seems the court, along with the fake-justice system, can’t even give us this. Simply because it will show how weak and broken it really is. Man what old white dudes created is something truly evil. The fact that we have tons and tons of article, evidence etc showing how fucked and broken is it and few people make efforts to fix really shows how it’s working as intended.

And now that Keebler Elf imitator and AG JBS3 has reversed all of Obama’s gains in reducing sentencing inequality, happy days are here again for the Corrections Corporation of America thanks to their lobbyists and campaign funders. Although truth is JBS3 would have probably done it for free.

That’s the thing: This system is not broken. It’s working exactly as intended and always has.

This system needs to be shattered.

“...he “failed to refute disciplinary charges,” including failing to act courteously, prolonging Bland’s detention, violating general orders and perjury.”

But no criminal charges because Fuck Texas.

It’s quite possible that none of the disciplinary charges actually violated the law (assuming perjury as a criminal charge is only applicable within court testimony and not lying when under investigation).

Of course lying when you’re under investigation is a crime. ‘Prolonging Bland’s detention’ sounds an awful lot like unlawful imprisonment. And then there’s the whole matter of her WINDING UP DEAD.

I’m impressed that this much got this far.

Let’s hope for more from the Senate.

    Then again:

“It was a straight-out attack on all law enforcement over a tragic suicide in a county jail,” said Charley Wilkson, executive director of the Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas.

They don’t want to understand their complicity in deaths such as hers.

He’s evil. She is dead cause she was a black woman who didn’t kiss that crooked cop’s ass. She had no business being arrested and should be alive.

But lawmakers believe it is still a good first step.

No, it’s a fucking no step. Useless jackasses.

I wish cops would lose the mindset that “all cops are under attack” whenever there’s a bad cop.

She killed herself for failing to signal a lane change? I admire her self-justice. This is actually my dream for everyone who fails to use their blinkers when changing lanes. Just kill yourself please. You think you’re more important than the rest of us?

Lots of people dose themselves with pot and then handcuff themselves before hanging themselves. Its like super common in jail. /s
