    If there was any need for the clearest possible evidence that the “Blue Lives Matter” crowd are nothing but evil, petty little fucks that delight in the police murdering innocent black people, they provided it long ago. They’re just beating a dead horse at this point.

      That Police Union guy really takes it. He’s gotta KNOW this “citizen support” is just going to make him and his officers look bad. There’s no cost to issuing a statement that waffles just a little bit, like “...but we understand that such a show of support in this time at this place could be seen as upsetting blah blah blah.” But nope, just gotta go full racist “Never back down!     Utterly pathetic. Scott Garland and his ilk have zero respect for the loss of Black life. Who was mercilessly shot in the back as he ran away, Slager or Scott? Who died that day? Whose life mattered more in that given moment? Whose family needs more support? Whose family was robbed of their loved one? Who will never hear the voice of their father, brother, son, nephew, cousin, or friend ever again? Ask those questions, wypipo, before you EVER put up one of these infinitely tasteless signs ever again. Ask those questions before you stomp on another Black victim’s untimely grave.

    What does a cop killing an unarmed black man have to do with”Blue lives mattering”? The fact that someone did this only shows their profound ignorance. I recently got into an argument about this with a white friend of mine, it’s as if some white people in the south have no idea what black lives matter is representing or they just don’t care. Along with this shooting, Tamir-rice and the others murdered by LEOs, we constantly have to defend each other even when we are dead.

    I’m not even going to comment on John Blackmon statement. Anything with”Fraternal Order of Police” attached to it gets no respect from me. With their actions in the past years, I see no reason to even acknowledge them.

    I live in the middle of Missouri, which gives me a little insider’s view of what these people are like. I was at an event about a month ago. It was a huge “swap meet,” kind of like a flea market. I knew it was going to be trashy, but my cousins are really into it so I went with them. Anyway, it was as expected, a bunch of white people wearing realtree camo but, overall, not horrible in and of itself. However, one guy there was selling lots of merch with confederate flags on it. He also was selling a bunch of blue lives matter stuff (he had one t-shirt that had both a confederate flag and blue lives matter on it). Upon closer inspection, this guy also had a KKK sticker on the van he drove to the place. Really nice.

    I guess what I’m saying is that “blue lives matter” is no different than the current use of the confederate flag. It’s a signal to let other trashy assholes know that you, too, don’t like black people and are perfectly fine with them being murdered and/or enslaved.
