Ward told the sports site that despite the judge’s ruling, Hernandez will always be guilty of murdering her son.

He was a guilty murderer. He died a guilty murderer. He will be remembered as a guilty murderer.

      The “guilty” part is redundant.

It’s odd that the article doesn’t discuss the ramification of the ruling and therefore a possible motive to his suicide - his vacated conviction clears the way for his family to move to receive part or all of the NFL salary due him.

It has been speculated that Hernandez knew of the loophole and killed himself believing that his death would ensure the financial security of his fiancee and child.
