Put hands on my hypothetical child and see what happens. If they act up, call me and I will handle it as a parent since you have failed to discipline them adequately to deter their behavior. But the moment you decide that you think it is ok to put your hands on my child is the day you might find me on the 6 o’clock news. I don’t even have kids and I’m tight.

So on one hand, you don’t want teachers disciplining your child. But in the exact same sentence, you claim it is the teacher’s job to discipline them. Cognitive dissonance is a real bitch for a simple piece of shit like you, isn’t it?

If your kids are acting like punks, it’s because you failed as a parent. But Locomotive Jones knows that taking personal responsibility for your bastard child is a pain in the ass.

I’ll break this down for you in bullet points, because I think it will be simpler for you to comprehend. I will also do so without ad hominem attacks and name-calling to be a better example to you.

      • Kids will be kids. They’re not perfect. When in school, teachers are in charge.
      • While they may be in charge, I am vehemently against children being physically reprimanded and will not stand for it.
      • If my hypothetical child is to the point where they are beyond the teacher’s control, I will stop my day and go to the school to handle it.

I hope you have a wonderful day, internet stranger.

    “Local level”...

Always fun watching Republicans at the federal level refuse to take responsibility for anything. Then state level pass the buck until “local” bodies also get over run with backwoods children hitting shit wads.

And, as we’ve seen in Minnesota, only until local level Democrats wrestle away the reins. Then they come roaring back at the state level (or failing that whatever closest level they control)

The right level of government for any given policy is whatever one they happen to control at the moment.

“I believe at the end of the day we’re teaching our students about violence,”Norton said.

And to fear and distrust adults for fear of punishment.

Although Norton’s bill did not pass, the House unanimously backed another proposal to ban corporal punishment of students with disabilities.

well FUCK. Why were y’all doing that shit anyway? JFC.
