    Jeff Sessions hates hate crimes legislation. When it comes to protecting people who are discriminated against, he uses the same justification that has been used for everything from preserving slavery to anti-LGTBQ crimes: States rights.

    What are states rights? They are what Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III always forgets when it comes to gynecological medical procedures and legalized cannabis.
