First, seeing a picture that big of Jeff Sessions head this early is more potent than 5 cups of coffee (mostly because of how quickly my fight reflex is triggered).
Second, it’s offensive for America’s top prosecutor to justify these actions with an argument they demonize defendants for making on the regular. You can’t have it both ways. They want to stick with this? I hope AUSAs and other law enforcement all over the country have this strategy thrown back in their faces as a result. This is such a cry for help to support better and more ethical prosecutors in the system.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed an ethics complaint against Sessions with the Alabama State Bar’s disciplinary commission earlier this month, the Post reports.
How is that going - and did they forward a copy to the ABA? Or any past Presidents thereof ...?
