      No they won’t.. it will stay at manslaughter.. because every time “other people” (read white) commit acts labeled as terrorist, it weakens their argument that all the problems are caused by “those people” (read: black/brown people and/or Muslim).. I suspect it won’t even be manslaughter.. they will most likely claim mental distress and he’ll be put away in a mental institution rather than jail (or the electric chair).

    According to the Daily News, Jackson does not know why he is facing hate crime charges, thinking that they don’t apply to him.

    “I don’t hate anyone. I don’t think it is on my level,” he said.

    It is interesting to see this quotation and reflect upon Ted Koppel’s analysis of Sean Hannity.

    “Do you think we’re bad for America? You think I’m bad for America?”

    “Yeah.”

    “You do? Really?” Hannity pressed.

    But Koppel was undeterred by Hannity’s veneer of innocence and instead emphasized his ability to manipulate the emotions of his viewers.

    “No, you know why [you’re bad for America?]? Because you’re very good at what you do, and because you have attracted a significantly more influential—”

    “You’re selling the American people short,” Hannity interrupted.

    After a brief back-and-forth on basic etiquette, Koppel continued.

    “You have attracted people who are determined that ideology is more important than facts.”

    To be sure, this is not a problem confined to Sean Hannity. It goes WAY beyond him. But before us (one man traveling to stab another in order to deter white women from interracial intimacies) is the real world consequences of the lying and distortions and the racism and the deployment of racism designed to capture power at any cost.

    I am scared as shit walking around this city now. White males were already crazy enough now ever time I see one. Now, I literally find ways of avoiding them. I had to speak to my boyfriend about this, and he understands my uptick of paranoia towards of white males. He often has to calm me down due to the madness the white community is descending upon humanity. It’s fucking scary.

      I don’t want to have that thought process, but the amount of deep-seated violence and anger for another group of people to live is maniacal. Since my bf is white I have been having a hard time dealing with that. It’s disturbing, I don’t think we should stay out of their way we belong here just as much as anyone else. I just...idk. It’s terrifying that the American government will not say this is terrorism. It is, to the fullest degree they have a political, social and harmful agenda. And people want to make an alternative case for him, oh he has mental problems. If that’s the case then aren’t all white supremacists with mental problems and if so shouldn’t they be locked up in places like Guantanamo? Away from the public for safety and protection, they have a violent nature. That’s where terrorists go, so they should be there as well.

      Yeah, I sort of agree. On the other hand, I think there is some value to make people aware of exactly how much racial vitriol still exists. Those who want to say “racism is dead because Obama” can read this as a wake up call.

    2. DON’T TALK TO ANYONE WHO ISN’T YOUR LAWYER
    3. KEEP YOUR FUCKING MOUTH SHUT

    That’s because you’ll never talk your way out of trouble; you’ll only talk your way into even more trouble.

    That interview is a whole hell of a lot of “I did it,” “I meant to do it,” “I’ve been planning to do this for years,” and “my only regret is that I picked a sympathetic victim.”

    Good job, dipshit. Enjoy your mandatory minimum twenty years. I won’t shed a tear for you when anything horrible happens to you in prison.
