  Seriously, watch a BBC interview. They don’t just nod their heads in agreement with whatever the hell the interviewee is saying. If someone says something that’s obviously bullshit, the interviewer will call it obvious bullshit, and press the interviewee on why they think it’s ok to spout such bullshit in the most condescending manner.
  Here in the US it’s more about ‘hearing both sides.’ But when one of those sides is obviously fucking lying you don’t need to hear it. There’s no reasonable argument to had with someone who thinks gravity is a myth. You’re not going to glean meaningful insight from that conversation. Call them a moron and move on.

We CANNOT let people look at Trump’s relationship with Ivanka for evidence he is not a huge misogynist. Sexist men very frequently exempt their daughters, mothers, sisters from their sexism - any woman related to them, but definitely not their spouses. Trump views Ivanka as a symbol of his own achievement, as an extension of himself, as his legacy. Many narcissists view their children this way and exalt them on a pedestal (note: this isn’t good for the children in any way).
It’s the same shit when men publish stuff about “now that I have a daughter I am more feminist than everrrr!” No. Or when the Trump tape came out there was all this “would you be cool with him talking to you sister that way?” You don’t get a pass on sexism until you’re not cool with him treating any woman that way. Equal opportunity, equal rights, and equal respect are not yours to divvy out to deserving women, misogynist male.

In my mind, Chancellor Merkel had three things going against her. One, she and former President Barack Obama had a swimming relationship, so you know Trump hated that. Two, Trump talked mad shit about Merkel during his campaign saying she allowed an influx of Syrian refugees into Germany. And three, she has a vagina. And on top of that, she looks older than 35, so she has a crone’s vagina.

It was so apparent that Trump that “strong” women threaten or intimidate him. The world is watching and other world leaders will not visit or talk to him unless they have to. Only second and third tier countries with despots as their leaders will come to visit because of the money that will go to Trump’s family business.

In some pictures Trump looks like he is a little afraid of Merkel. They probably told him that she’s very shrewd (and that would be correct) and now he is afraid that he will sign away half of the country. Or that Merkel will ask him questions which he can not answer.
The whole class of that guy is apparent today: Yesterday he talks to Merkel, they manage a halfway friendly, completely vacant press release, today he is at it again on Twitter, somehow fantasizing that Germany owes the US yuuge amounts of money for defense.
