      I keep telling myself that *THIS* one will be the one that finally gets a cop landed in jail, and I keep getting let down...

      But seriously, even if he doesn’t get the full sentence of life, this fucker deserves to spend time behind bars. For all the lying, obfuscation, and general lack of remorse he’s shown since the minute he fired his gun.

    Does any of the coverage of this give the legal argument for why this video should be thrown out? I mean, clearly it should be the focal point of the trial because it is clear as day this man murdered Mr. Scott, but the defense team must have some sort of legal argument or precedent they think might work for them, right?

    Good. It’s going to be very difficult to argue that this isn’t covered under Tennessee v Garner now. Does anyone know if a federal trial has a better chance of conviction here? Also does anyone else have a hard time posting on Android?
