    That boy looks like a little treasure. I can’t imagine the grief in that family.

    So, if you’re wondering why someone would do this: He had been drinking, so he went home, sobered up, and then turned himself in. Probably has a DUI record, so he would have gotten a severe penalty for another DUI which resulted in a fatality.

    I don’t know for a fact, but I’m pretty fucking sure.

      Yeah he was either under the influence, or dumb and scared as fuck since he is only 19. Young people aren’t all that smart. If he was sober and stayed at the scene he likely would not have been charged with anything since the child ran out into the street.
