Honestly, I would have to say sometimes you have to face the law. Although this person may have not committed a crime in the pass, they still broke the law when they entered a country illegally. I don’t agree with rounding up people just because they are illegal.... I do agree with getting rid of the ones with a criminal record though.... You come here you need to assimilate not get mad when the country you came to doesn’t accommodate all your needs.

Out of curiosity, are you familiar with how we got the immigration laws that you’re annoyed about being broken?

It’s not about me being annoyed. It’s the fact that if any other person goes to any other country, there will be consequences once you are caught. But no, you may tell me how the laws came to be.

    Oh, for fuck’s sake.

I think we’ve found where the Klan has infiltrated law enforcement.

I’ve heard they’re also in the ... Air Force? Air National Guard?

(Because all my people in the Army and Navy and Marines are like “this is crap, this guy is crap, this White House Occupant is crap ...”)

But you’re not the first person to think so, either. There and the CBP.

They use that label to camouflage all sorts of hideous, depraved crap behavior.

Makes the rest of us who are trying to be actual, real Christians look terrible.

If you tell all undocumented people that they cannot interact with the legal system without being deported without due process, they’ll be left with no choice but to resort to their own ways of dealing with injustices. Most will suffer in silence. A few will turn to violent reprisal when they’re wronged. People in a position to exploit undocumented workers will feel free to do so with impunity, and people within the undocumented community, feeling they have no recourse to protect their own, may turn to vigilantism. This is how you create an insurgency within your own borders.

But then, you’ve got a congressman openly pining for a race war, so this may be a desired outcome of these actions.

Clearly it’s a crucial part of trumps plan bring the “full force and weight” of the United States government to end human trafficking.

By end he must mean end people from reporting instances of human trafficking because he’s sending a clear signal to both victims and potential witnesses that if they’re undocumented, it’s not safe to report the crime to the authorities. Undocumented child victim who happens to escape - you have nowhere to go for support. If you go to the police, you’ll probably just be detained then sent back. Instead of giving you support, the United States government is going to victimize you too.

trump, making America great again - like back in the olden days of legal slavery and overt genocide.

The government needs to be doing the exact opposite of this. Instead of fearing deportation, we should be encouraging undocumented immigrants who testify in felony cases by offering them some kind of legal resident status in exchange for their testimony.

CBS reports that ICE said they only show up to courthouses to arrest undocumented immigrants when all other options have been exhausted.

Immigration agents arrested a veteran Vermont dairy worker from Mexico on Wednesday outside a Burlington courthouse as he headed to a hearing for a driving under the influence arrest, according to a human rights organization.

Cesar Alex Carrillo, 23, faces deportation after his arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers outside the Costello Courthouse, according to Migrant Justice, a Vermont-based group led by immigrant dairy farmworkers.
