      I saw the stuff she was writing earlier today and I honestly wondered if she had lost a bet at work or something. The stories she’s been covering have all been so bleak, but are also on that micro level that makes them incredibly personal and much more poigniant. I hope she has nice dogs, a nurturing SO, or fulfilling hobbies when she goes home at night.

    A 6 year old sacrificing her own wants and needs in order to take care of those less fortunate. Sounds like she’d make a better leader than many we have right now. It gives hope that the younger generation has thoughtful angels like this among them.

      I run an animal shelter and we have kids who do this all the time. And it really seems to stem from them and not their parents pushing them to do it. It is really lovely to see and each time we get a kid in (maybe several a month) it reminds me that there is some hope.

      Literal laugh out loud over here. When he thinks he’s not being taken seriously enough, my friend’s son will say “Please listen to my words.” I bet Armani is like that. “Focus, Mommy!”
