What is this fuckery about? (SURPRISE - we all know the answer)

Corporate job? Somebody better tell the woman at the state with pink in her hair that manages state contracts that she is about to lose her job.

you don’t even have to go pink - how many blondes with black streaks you think are just chilling, not paying attention in classes at that school? 50? 100? But let a black kid does the reverse and decides to throw some colorful shit in his or her hair, and all hell breaks loose.

I remember when one of the managers at a Big 5 by my house gave me an offer for a part-time position, but on the condition that I cut off my locs, as she said that it was against policy. My sister worked in HR for Big 5 next door (it was the headquarters office in El Segundo) and she quickly said that it was bullshit, but I was over it already. Though for a split second I considered cutting my hair, I never got a call back from them.

Yeah, look at that Jaylon. Dress shirt, slacks, bow tie, dress shoes, smiling and happy. That’s stone-cold ruthless gang member if I ever saw one. I’ve never understood how going to a public school for a US citizen means giving up half of your rights like free speech. Courts say it’s fine though!

If a hairstyle is disrupting the educational process, that means your curriculum and instructional methods suck. (Also: yes, of course racism)

Jesus, that is both dumb and petty. If you are going to send home black teens for having stupid looking haircuts then you should send home white teens for their stupid and dumb looking haircuts, and then send the teaching staff home because all the fucking kids have been sent home because having a dumb and stupid haircut is part of what being a teenager is all about!

My mother dealt with this during my “incarceration” in a highschool on Long Island.

I cannot guess the financial situation, but its really time to call a lawyer and sue the school district.

My (white) kid has been attending most of 10th grade so far with blue-green hair. No one seems to care.

Clearly the answer is all black kids, girls and boys, should go to school and leave their heads and their hair at home. Basically, that’s what they want, just the black bodies to to the labor for wypipo.

The only people ever distracted by hairstyles seems to be uptight teachers and administrators. They know damn well that blond hair isn’t keeping kids from slogging through binomials and polynomials.

White girls are almost expected to dye their hair blond. Black guys do it and they’re suspended.

Nope not racism. Not racism AT ALL. Noooooooope.
