I lived in Florida for nearly 7 years and I swear the most awful, heartbreaking crimes I ever heard of came out this state. I’m still trying to figure out why.

Those poor babies. May they find peace and happiness in their next life.

This is going to sound crazy but I think the water has been tainted with all the cocaine that was dumped or lost in Florida waterways.

Think it has to do with their FOIA being a little more lax than other states, specifically the Sunshine Law. Reporters and such are able to access more data and with that volume of data you are bound to find horrendous stuff. Like, a lot of it since humans in general are kinda trash? No more than any other state, I’m sure.

Kinda creates a false appearance that more bad, crazy stuff comes out of FL.

The story doesn’t mention grandfather being hurt in the fire nor was he mentioned as having escaped. So I am going to guess that he wasn’t even there?

Does that mean that this person came to that house and set it on fire with those children in it on purpose?

I really hope those babies were gone from the smoke before the fire reached them and they didn’t experience that excruciating pain. But what the **** is wrong with people?

Why take out whatever issues she had with dude on those innocent children? I don’t want to hear shit about no mental illness. She needs three consecutive life sentences+ time. I hope that bish rots.

Sounds more like she started the fire to get back at him for reasons and probably hoping to kill him, but didn’t know or bother to worry about collateral damage.

Either way, at a minimum, arson is bad enough. Hope they lock her away forever.

This is what I’m wondering. Because if I was in a house with three kids - even if they weren’t my kids - I would not just run out if there were a fire. I’d try to get to them, try to wake them up, and get them out. I’d throw blankets over them and carry them through the flames if I had to (certainly the 4 year old, probably the 8 year old. The 10 year old might be better off running with me, because I’m not that strong). I might not be successful, but I sure as shit wouldn’t get out uninjured and let three children die. Even if she didn’t start the fire, I hope she never has a good night’s sleep for the rest of her life. How do you abandon children to a fire?

She does kind of have that “don’t fuck with me or I’ll burn your mother-fuckin house into the mother-fuckin ground” look on her face.

I may be wrong, but that is definitely not a “come on in for some lemonade” look.

Oh my god. Those poor babies. I will never understand how people could so carelessly end the lives of innocent children. Hope she rots in jail for the rest of her life.
