Remember, it’s been nearly three years since the city of Flint has had clean water.

While this is extremely fucked, are filters acceptable for the residents of Flint? And if so, is there a way that we can donate filters to the residents of Flint?

I really want to do this.

From what I understand, there is a very specific type of filter the residents are being told to use. I don’t have a link for it right now, but you could always donate bottled water too.

I hope the letter is used against her in civil lawsuits. While Miller got off with the equivalent of a slap on the wrist, the letter of apology is the very LEAST she can do considering she essentially contributed to the death of 12 people. I have no sympathy for any of the public officials involved in this scandal.

    Damn skippy.

Along with letters of apology, they all need to be writing some damn checks for these people about to be forced to pay for their still-tainted water. Not to mention letters of resignation from people like Gov. Rick Snyder who need to go.

Checks and a letter of resignation are far better and more worthwhile than a letter of apology.

The taxpayers who had this so-called water inflcited on them now have the dubious privilege of paying government workers to write them a letter of apology.

File under “adding insult to injury.” Literally.

    A letter of apology?

Oh, well, that makes it all better then.
