Just going to out this out there:Trump has reinvigorated racist, corrupt(morally and illegally) police and far right extremists. They feel invincible, in some respect they are, to the the legal system. The cop in the video Is well aware he won’t face any punishments. Now we have to wait on internal affairs and their “facts”. What is there to prove ? A man is cowering on the ground gettin beat across the head, putting legal and politics aside is that how a human should be treating a human whom they are there to help or find out what the issue is.

  At least not human enough to hold an officer accountable for injury and trauma. I hear people of the same race as the man getting beat have a social change organization saying that their lives matter. Surely law enforcement will have listen to that...

If you cannot control your anger as a police officer then you should not be a police officer.
A police officer is trusted and empowered by the public they are supposed to serve. They often will have to use physical means of constraint and may have to cause harm.
This was not the case. This was a cop being angry and losing his professionalism.
If a doctor looses his cool and says “fuck it!” during an operation and causes harm to a patient mid-surgery he is held accountable and is no longer a doctor. Likewise, if a police officer does the same there should be similar accounting.

This gas station is directly across the street from a public park that a lot of kids and families go to. The basketball courts are really popular there and there are always games going. The angle of the video is being taken from the parking lot by the courts which is why so many people are there. The fact that this POS cop did this shit in the middle of the day, in front of a park full of people and children says A LOT about the police out here in the North Bay. Don’t let the Northern CA good vibe persona fool ya. We have some of the worst and most violent cops in America out here. Vallejo PD are notorious.
This cop will not be charged, he will be back on the street doing this again. They will make it the victim’s fault. Guarantee. That’s how it always is out here. They do this shit in the daylight, at a park, in front of children to set an example of fear and abuse. They want the kids to grow up afraid of them. They want the community to be afraid.
FUCK THEM.
