    the thing that gets me is why this was ever such a big deal to begin with? even if he had stolen them, why would that mean he deserved to be shot dead in the street? the penalty for petty theft is not death. at least not according to the law?

    when somebody gone produce the footage that disproves wilson’s version of events? i can’t believe all those people were standing around and nobody broke out a camera phone in the age of “WORLDSTAR!”?

    How to assassinate a black man and get away with it:

    1. Shoot a black man.
    2. Make up story about physical confrontation.
    3. Attack character of victim by releasing video that appears to show victim a violent thug.
    4. Load grand jury with unwoke white folks.
    5. Have D.A. present police-friendly version of events.

    That, my friends is how to shoot an unarmed black man who presents no imminent threat in a public space with many witnesses and get away with it.

    Unless I’m mistaken, whether or not he robbed the store really has nothing to do with the issue that so many are concerned about. The issue was whether or not Brown posed a threat to the officer that justified the shooting, and evidence supports that he did.

    The reason he gave it back is he was walking out the door with unpaid merchandise and they wanted it back.

    Because someone casually stealing from a store will realize the error of their ways right before exiting. My eyes can’t roll back that far, Kanzier...

    The police were able to use that “excuse” to murder this young man because white America (and Europeans in general) have constructed black/African people as criminals. The realest gag is that white people are the ones constantly thieving from us (culture, resources, bodies, lives, land, our collective patience, souls).
