    What was the need to of the authorities to preface their statement with “its unfortunate the racist idiot targeted the wrong people?”

    It would have been OK if he was trying to burn down an Arab owned store???

    The sheriff said Lloyd’s mental health will be evaluated and that it will be up to the state attorney’s office to determine whether his actions were an intentional hate crime.

    I work in St. Lucie County as a paramedic. I have met Sheriff Mascara several times and have not been impressed. The Islamic Center of Fort Pierce was burnt down twice and an attendee assaulted in the parking lot by a white man after Mascara ignored repeated pleas by the Center’s proprietor for extra security. Needless to say I will probably be transporting this arsonist to the Behavioral Health Hospital tomorrow.

      That line kinda reminds me of those guys terrorising Jews in France...to make them feel unsafe...because they were angry at the actions of Jews in the Middle-East...which is where these European Jews would most likely go if they left France...*facepalm*
