      I think he was talking about the actual memes. Which is still sort of silly. Like, whoever did this didn’t create them, maybe, but they still printed them out and put them in the bag. Surely they actually, you know, read them before doing so.

      The first thing I’ll say is that a smart-*ss Jewish dude I know and am fond of has changed his Twitter bio to include “Jewish: white 1972-2017".

      The next thing I’ll mention is that I don’t know about you, but when I’m staring down the business end of rampant young Rethuglican blackface + armed sheriffs sitting with Dump on national TV chuckling at his jokes about civil asset forfeiture, destroying state senators’ careers who oppose it, and applauding at his latest crackdowns thinly disguised as enforceable “Executive Orders”, I’m just ... not necessarily going to argue the fine academic distinctions, you know?

    I’m not sure I buy that the College Republicans didn’t know about this. I would guess that some people associated with them would get a laugh at these memes while Goebbeling up the Valentine’s day treats in the bags.

    At the very least we can’t say we did Nazi this sort of thing coming after the election.
