    “He believes that the school bus driver should never have allowed the incident to occur.” The bus driver is busy dodging people in 3 ton SUVs that are texting and driving on the wrong side of the road, while 50 children yell in his/her ear, while making $8 an hour. The fact they manage to get the children home safely is a miracle in itself.

      Yeah, the driver’s first responsibility is driving the bus safely and getting kids home/to school without injury. Disciplining kids is a distant second.

      There is a lot of child on child abuse -including sexual- that occurs on school buses. I would know...I’ve seen the tapes (I work in law). It’s incredibly shitty that the bus drivers are blamed. There should be aides on all school buses, and ESPECIALLY on special education buses.

    No legal action against the bully’s families? Why not?

    I get that the Raeann’s family wanted the bus driver and school to prevent this but the other girls’ actions need addressed most rickey tick.
