I loved the idea I saw somewhere else that they should have Rosie O’Donnell portray Trump for an episode. I don’t think he has a coping mechanism for that level of rage.

Actually, I thought it was supposed to be O’Donnell to play Bannon. The problem with that is that I don’t really have a sense of who Bannon is. Trump is very public as is Spicy. You can easily parody them. Bannon? Not sure how you do that.

I mean, even if they just have him in the background as the white supremacist Iago whispering horrible manipulations into Trump’s ear, that would be sufficient. I think there’s also a great way to introduce him to the greater public, who up until now may have a pretty vague idea of who he is. If SNL beats the actual Bannon to the punch, they can set the foundation for his image and his role in the administration in the public’s mind. That’s pretty powerful.

He’s done the show. Pretty sure they’ve got a good read on things that annoy him. Plus there’s the intel on the banned joke themes from the roast.

A sketch with Trump asking Daddy Putin for allowance would probably give him a stroke.
