    This is the same bullshit tactic the cop took in Fort Worth before he arrested a women when a neighbor slapped her child. The blatent disregard and out refusal to assist a citizen when they want to file a complaint.

      Well, neither does the President of the US or any of the people he nominates to positions that will make life-altering decisions for the people of the country, so why should cops be held to such a high standard?
