I know. It’s really discouraging because Stephen’s pieces are, I think, easy to engage with since he uses wit and sarcasm throughout. I mean, did you not cackle aloud when you got to the Gaga part? And the chin divot?

Yeah, it was a great piece. But these people aren’t here to do anything but troll. Sure, “darth ballz” is here for enlightening conversation. They’re just sad children who have nothing better to do than hate.

The best thing is dismissing them. It’s like they wasted time writing that stupid post for nothing.

So does this make guys like Dant’a Hightower, LeGarrette Blount, Malcolm Butler, Martellus Bennett, Malcolm Mitchell, Trey Flowers and Dion Lewis race traitors or Uncle Tom’s? It’s your call.

Martellus Bennett, to his credit, said he won’t be attending the White House meeting with Trump. So take from that what you will.

Fuck, man. As an Atlien, it has been amazing to see the city really come together after Trump insulted John Lewis AND the Falcons made the Super Bowl. Today has been super depressing and everyone is very quiet. But, the city will rise (again) like a phoenix from the ashes.

That is a super bad-ass seal. But are the dates for the Civil War, and does the fire reference Sherman’s march to the sea?

As a New Englander and a Pats fan, I had real issues watching the game last night. It mostly stems from Brady not being held accountable for his clearly political actions, while Kaepernick’s feet are held over a fire for a reasonable political stance. I was actually relieved when the Patties were down.

But then they came back, and while I was low-key happy about the crazy second half, BBKs support of Trump made the victory a bitter pill that us NE fans are (often) forced to swallow.

At least Bennett is refusing to go the the WH. Oh, and my grandma is happy, so there is that.

TL:DR - NE fan, pissed about Pats links to Trump, happy that my gran is happy.

And yes, the logo is shit. I much prefer the minuteman. This RWB Captain Planet shit needs to go.

“People who talk about revolution and class struggle without referring explicitly to everyday life, without understanding what is subversive about love and what is positive in the refusal of constraints, such people have a corpse in their mouth.” - Raoul Vaneigem

Not gonna feed the troll, so I’ll just drop this here.

Another lifelong Pats fan (no longer), and last night/today was really weird. I’m not jubilant like I’m used to, just put out. The mom I work for was surprised I didn’t watch the game because she knows I’m a huge NE sports fan and all I could do was shrug. My shitty racist relatives are all happy, too, so fuck it. Go Sox.

TIL that all the “black people” in New England are actually just white guys in blackface. That would explain why all the door handles in West Roxbury have those smears.

Also, something, something, kicking the dog, Michael Vick.

    Edit: almost forgot:

It is surprisingly hard to find a decent rendition of that on Youtube. It seems like everyone has to add his or her own introduction on to old war hymns.

Don’t have the patience nor the expertise to debate what happened, still this is what i know: The match was rigged obviously; Dark magic from the deepest forest in Azerbaïdjan and nazis necromancers were involved; People nasty furry fetish were about to get exposed ; Gatorade bottles were spiked and what else...A weird shortage of black chicken all over Massachusets and the adjacent states has been noticed, so .

I thank the good Lord that I stumbled across the analytical stylings of “darth ballz.” It evokes the earnestness-tinged trolling of old.

Please stop this nonsense. People root for these NFL teams because they are from their city, state or region not because of race or religion.
After making blacks as the losers during this election where both candidates were whites now you also want to make us the losers for some athletics entertainment bs. Just because a quarterback, a coach, a manager of either team supported this or that doesn’t mean one team is suddenly for black folks and the other is for white folks.

If you want to make the Falcons a team for black America look at this:

Owner: Arthur Blank; Head Coach: Dan Quinn; Quarterback: Matt Ryan

    Arenas/Stadiums: Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Dome

Which one of those most important people for the Falcons are blacks and how many blacks own the business involved? The black players are just employees like the rest of us. Stop making it a black vs white nationalism crap. 99% of blacks have nothing to do with NFL and probably whites too.

Not black, but as someone trying to educate myself about racism I can see the symbolism of the Patriots winning that is being described here. And as a Panthers fan, it makes me want to vomit.
