    So, it’s 2017, and practically the only remotely good thing about this year on a greater societal level is that sexual predators are finally getting some modicum of punishment for their actions, and sexual assault in the entertainment world is finally being recognized as the crime that it is, and our culture is finally taking the tiniest of baby steps toward making it known that sexual harassment and unwanted sexual advances are no longer acceptable.

    Then along comes Lena Dunham, complaining that a man she’d never met didn’t try to fuck her at a fundraising gala, and framing it such that there’s something wrong with him for that.

      Ok, yeah, my complaint about her tone-deaf timing doesn’t apply. All of the usual complaints about Lena Dunham still apply.

    Or maybe he saw the arc on Girls where Dunham had a black fuck buddy...it was done in the single most racist way possible, playing off the twin hipster-racist pillars of “I’m not racist, I fucked a black guy” and the porn-like objectification of the “BBC”. It was a cringeworthy minstrel show of the lowest order.
