All of those look fine except the assisted jump squats.

For normal jump squats, your weight is centered mid-foot. You explode out of your glutes and hamstrings.

Here, his weight is completely behind his feet (by a lot). He’s either using his lower legs (calves) or more likely from the video just pulling up with his arms.

I’m not positive how you would correct it. Maybe jump off a box and use the rings to catch yourself on the way down?

I’m probably too dismissive of movements that use multiple muscle groups but this seems like a great way to cheat yourself into thinking you did something more than you actually did.

ETA: Those other exercises do look great. It’s really hard to do alternating jump squats without risking landing sideways, especially when you are well into a set. This definitely helps with that.
