Am I the only one who only has rolling chairs in my office? Not sure how I can do most of these exercises on those - the squats would be downright dangerous on a rolling chair.

You’re not the only one with a rolling chair in the office.

I can confirm this because I just wheeled myself around to do a survey of my coworkers. They all have wheels as well but don’t utilize them to their full potential (as I clearly do).

The squats aren’t really a problem, as you are supposed to only go down far enough to touch your bottom to the chair, not actually rest any weight on it (and they can easily be done without the chair). The leg extensions and chair body lifts (aren’t those just dips?) are where it could be easy to get into trouble with a rolling chair. Although jamming the chair into a corner of the wall (or cube) would probably help a lot. Creating little chocks for the wheels would help even more (and if you painted them yellow and ran a string between the sets of two would work for for those of us who work in aerospace/aviation).

Darebee.com deserves lots and lots of love. <3 I’ve been working on the Hero’s Journey program, which is a 60 day fitness RPG plan that you can do every day.

It also has a lot of articles about how to build muscle properly, bodybuilding vs strength training, etc etc etc. It’s been a lot of help to me.
