    Wasn't not letting a particular community know that it was (the first) at risk and not "closing the bathhouses" recently understood to be almost criminally negligent?

    If something I was doing put me at risk for something like this, I'd certainly like to know about it as directly as possible.

      And that is what the CDC has done in issuing this warning. You could meet someone at a bar, share one kiss with them and develop this illness. In fact you could accidentally drink out of someone else's glass or water bottle and get it.

      Men are more promiscuous than women by nature. Gay and bisexual men have the opportunity to be more promiscuous then heterosexual men because they're fucking other men (who are more promiscuous than women by nature). Duh. Grindr didn't make them sluts. If they weren't fucking someone from there they'd be fucking someone from somewhere else. Why? Because they can! Double duh.

      As a member of that "particular community" that you so ham-fistedly refer to, allow me to tell you this: fuck off and mind your own business. The gay male community are better placed than any other community to deal with transmissible disease. We don't need your disapproval thinly veiled as patronizing "help".
