What worries me about this is the use of the mail. Because these people who are breaking nonsensical and stupid laws are probably, so far as the drug purchases go, only breaking very small laws as they're likely buying small amounts. But when the Internet and Mail are brought into the picture, prosecutors will have all sorts of RICO and wire fraud type laws to call in, which could potentially put a ton of unfair legal pressure on good people, should the government ever decide to hack this community (which, under the recently reauthorized PATRIOT ACT, it could do at any time, in advance of getting a warrant).

As long as you don’t physically accept the packaget it can even be addressed to your real name, and no one can prove intent without you being physically handed the package. This is why if you watch shows like “Customs & Border Patrol” you’ll find they ALWAYS have to make contact with the receiver to make a case. Also, a RICO case requires at least 5 individuals and proof that each all get their orders from one person of the five or a seperate, sixth man. I’m quoting actual case law here. I order things in the mail often and the key is always make sure your sender waives signature. As long as that’s the case you’re good to go. For drugs like MJ though the pungent smell is a dead giveaway, so if your seller is any good and you’re buying quality product then you should receive it in a “smell proof bottle”, sold all over the internet.

It is nice to see Kotaku and Gawker as a whole putting their viewers best interests first. Luckily this is just an adult oriented site and has no appeal to any one who may use this information in an uneducated way and could possibly get hurt from it. Luckily their is never a time where a kid learns how to use a computer in a way to obtain things illegally and dangerous in a way that it could then kill them.

God forbid one 13 year old learns about this from this site, orders too much LSD and OD's and dies from the information you provided. But do not worry, it is freedom of the "press". So your conscious's are perfectly clear.

Hard drugs can do irreparable damage to the user and their families. But sure am glad they do not allow other trades, because that would be wrong.

But then again, I am just another moron here on the internet like everyone else. But at least I am not glorifying and then dealing damaging chemicals to any user account that lines my pockets. Besides it is OK because some people have fun with them.

You are a moron. It’s almost impossible to die from LSD, the drug you cited. No one has ever overdosed on this drug.

First off, well done for jumping on a topical recent article from 2011. Secondly, dumbass, I was being facetious about ODing with ANY drug. And yes you can OD on anything. You could actually die if you took too much water. Of course this would be insanely hard to do, but it is possible to ingest/inject too much of any single substance into your body, causing death. Secondly, many people HAVE died from LSD, just not the direct cause of the chemicals causing their body to doe. Some had prior medical issues (Mostly cardiac) which lead to their death, but most were due to their actions while on LSD which caused harm to them or another. But since we are talking about overdosing, I will just stick to my original statement where you can technically OD on anything.

Once again, a partially facetious statement. Again well done though commenting on an article about an underground drug distribution ring which has been dismantled and replaced three times over already. Slow clap buddy.

How are the drugs not being found in the mail system? Don't they have dogs that sniff this stuff? Or x-ray scanners? Things like that? I can't believe that a package couldn't be opened with the receiver ending up in a large vat of shit.

"Whenever I put the headset on now," he'd continued, "I really do understand what I find there. When those kids sing about 'She loves you,' yeah well, you know, she does, she's any number of people, all over the world, back through time, different colors, sizes, ages, shapes, distances from death, but she loves. And the 'you' is everybody. And herself. Oedipa, the human voice, you know, it's a flipping miracle." His eyes brimming, reflecting the color of beer.

"Baby," she said, helpless, knowing of nothing she could do for this, and afraid for him.

He put a little clear plastic bottle on the table between them. She stared at the pills in it, and then understood. "That's LSD?" she said.

I'm very against drugs but I found this to be interesting. Then it turned out to be a bunch of anti establishment people and I rolled my eyes. I hope they all get arrested and serve life sentences for this. Just to teach them and the rest of us a lesson.

Personally i don't really see anything wrong with drugs like at all, its no worse and in some cases a lot better than alcohol. However the "war" on drugs where the funds from drugs go and the harsh penalties associated with drug use causes our society an insane amount of damage. Its worse than the 1920s, if people want to get high or drunk or whatever freaking let them and tax it. That money going into the cartel's pockets could be building schools, paying off our debt or bringing about about a new age of prosperity. I mean even rough estimates of how much money is spent on this BS war and how much money these cartels are earning would be enough to rebuild our whole country.

Also as a side note, i will not and have not ever bought or used drugs, i do not believe it is worth the risk or want to fund any of these cartels. However if it was legal, i would probably be a user just like i do drink every once in awhile.

Well, it's not underground anymore. I'm guessing it'll be shut down by tonight.

                  I still don't understand bitcoins.

How can a string of numbers generated by a computer have actual real world value? It's just code.

You can't print it off and have gold come out of the printer. It's completely illogical.
