      This is an interesting story and you very well may be on to something. I know New York is going to be pretty much in the bag for Hillary Clinton. After reading this it’s dawned on me that Andrew Cuomo has been a total no-show when it comes to Hillary Clinton’s presidential aspirations. I don’t believe he made an appearance at the convention, nothing. You need to look into any legislation that has passed and see if they were passed with a governor signature or they just let them sit around for 10 days or whatever is required for them to become law with no action by the governor.

        Obviously, the feds would go to great lengths to keep such an arrangement quiet, in order to preserve the integrity of an ongoing sting operation. Cuomo, this theory goes, is a rat.

        This is one place it falls apart for me. Isn’t the entire point of rats to get to the higher level people? He’s who prosecutors would love to have, not the person who he would rat on.
