    I’m really glad I’m not a paranoid conspiracy theorist, or I’d wonder if this is really fallout from the burial of the old Soviet bioweapons program. I mean, it’s not like there was an anthrax outbreak in Sverdlovsk in 1979 that killed several dozen people and was covered up for a decade and a half by being blamed on “tainted meat”:
