PLEASE nobody bring the trolls out of the gray.

With that said, there you go. Plain and simple folks. What Steve King (government) said on national television, what this cop (law enforcement) said caught on camera. These are only the instances we catch. This thinking...it’s embedded so deep into our country, into so many institutions and power structures. It just feels insurmountable sometimes.

Non-white people have not contributed as much or as effectively to civilization. Black people just are more violent. This kind of thinking...it’s just fucking exhausting. It never, never ends.

“Why are so many people afraid of black people?” he says in the video. No dude. Not everybody. You and people like you. And it’s because you’re a disgusting racist.

So it took a fucking YEAR for this tape to be released and the cops conveniently drop HER fucking trumped up arrest charge?

Fuck; what if she HAD resisted?

Score another winner for ‘post racial’ America.

Curious how you never heard this issue mentioned by a certain scabrous orange candidate at a mass convention or anything recently.

It’s rather convenient that the time limit for disciplinary action is six months and it took them a year to release the video.

One of my online gaming friends was just telling me how chill Austin is.

I’ve also noticed almost every online e-friend I have that is from SEC land or Big Texas, is 100% anti-0bama, and 100% “not racist” yet they all say “but that one guy was struggling” as if “struggling while being wrestled is something people should be shot and killed over”

What’s even sadder is we all just accept it and keep gaming. We “no politics” in our game chats, but for whatever reason, the Tucker Max Bros from the Florida Geogia line believe that constantly blaming their shit lives on Obama is somehow not politics.

Their constant bullshit about guns and jade helm, in their opinion is not political.

I’m the “PC police” in most of my gaming clans because I object when they talk about “getting jewed down” or “gyped” by some “homo bullshit”

I’ve been in hundreds of clans online and in every single one, we always have midwesterners and southern bros, and they all pull this shit. And I get painted as an elitist bad guy because I asked them to stop using racist language all the time ROFL

Every single police officer is a poorly trained attack dog, waiting for the chance to tear out a throat.

It’s alright though, we’ll keep talking about how there are enough “good” police to balance this out.

God forbid anyone rock the boat too much. It might make conversation awkward.

I agree a lot of cops are like this but when 97% of police interactions don't end like this, a gross generalization is wrong. I agree though 3% is too damn high and police need better training.

Except it isn’t just the police in the incident.

It is the police cheif trying to act like he didn’t see this movie a year ago and that “aww sucks” it expired. It is the department who helped suppress this video, likely aided the officers in doctoring the arrest report and roadblock justice. It is the local DA who will drag their feet and purposely throw the case if they have to.

It is never just the police officer who committed the crime. It is the system and society that will back him up regardless.

If it was only 3% of the officers, we could fix this problem within a month.

The most disturbing part of this video weren’t the slams, but what triggered the officer to get aggressive. The lady was pissed (understandably) and the officer was trying to be polite. But as soon as she asked the officer to hurry up, It Was On! He gets upset and unnecessarily tells her to get out of the car. Within a second after refusing, he’s forcing her out of her car. This is Very similar to what happened to Sandra Bland. Officer told Ms. Bland to put out her ciggarette. She questioned Why she had to put out her ciggarette inside her own car, and then the officer violently forced her out of her car.

Moral of the story: Police officers can treat women violently if women don’t do Exactly what the officer says...even if it’s unnecessary. If any man were to treat a women this way, we’d all be shouting to put that POS in jail. But since he’s wearing the almighty Blue Uniform, many people will instead blame the woman. Don’t let the uniform fool you, an a**hole is an a**hole regardless of what he’s wearing.

Many people are annoyed and pissy when they get pulled over, it's not illegal and does not give an officer the right to assault you.

Does a big-ass guy like that fear a smaller person because she’s dark-skinned, or is this guy just an asshole?

Listening to the video she wasn’t in the best mood to start with (“could you please hurry up,” not a good way to start out getting pulled over, even for a white person), but holy crap. I can’t for the life of me figure out what made him snap. He’s gotta have thicker skin than that. And can’t he tell that maybe dark-skinned folks are a little leery of cops these days?

If he had a partner with him, would this have turned out the same way?

Yea, she may have been rude, but for white women the difference between polite and rude is the difference between a verbal warning and getting a ticket and for black women the difference between polite and rude is a getting a ticket and getting assaulted.

No argument here. Still pretty shocked at the way he treated her. Even if she was calling him all the names in the book, there’s no possible way he can justify his appalling behavior.

Right now cops pretty much everywhere in the US have to be under 37 to get hired (or a bit older for vets).

Maybe they should start hiring people only OVER 37? Less testosterone, maybe a bit more perspective.

Or they could just, you know, stop hiring racists.
