    In other words, it’s an open secret, but they haven’t finished hammering out the legal agreement that keeps FNC and Ailes from suing each other.

    I’m guessing the sticking point is mostly engineering-related: Will they have to take him to the freight elevator to remove him from his office, or will they rig some kind of winch and pulley system to slowly lower him to the ground? I imagine a wheeled conveyance might crack the floor tile.
